If you need to add new content or make changes to GOV.UK within 24 hours, you should label your request as 'urgent' and explain what content you need and why.

For Official Sensitive information, email us with a brief, non-sensitive summary of the request and deadline and we’ll contact you separately.

If you do not own the content you should contact the owner first, search for 'Guidance SME database' in SharePoint and include them in your request.
For example:
* rates and tariff updates
* service availability
* replacement uploads

What's the size of the audience and how are they or HMRC affected by the new or revised guidance not being available?'

Please include any data or insight you have that indicates the scale of the problem.
For example, how do you expect that user behaviour or revenue collected will change after the guidance is available on GOV.UK?
